The butyl glue coating machine of JT01 type, as a semi-automatic coating machine,
will be used to put the heated butyl glue onto the aluminum ***cer bars of the glass.
During the processing, the operator can put the ***cer bars on the conveyor and then,keep them moving with the conveyor.As soon as the ***cer bars touch a sensor,the driving pulley and glue valve will be started.
Next, the press pulley will be moved down owing to the pressure of a cylinder, the aluminum ***cer bars will be moved and be glued under the glue nozzle. Finally, when the other sides of the ***cer bars almost move to the press pulley, which will
move up and automatically stop its gluing operation.
Adopts PLC control system, can achieve automatic orientation, transport and gelatinize.
Main Elements(temperature controller,hydraulic elementĄ˘PC controller etc.) were name brand products from abroad.
